A.E.T. Europe B.V. (AET) is a leading global supplier of strong authentication solutions. We would like to inform you about the latest developments of our software SafeSign Identity Client (IC) integrated with USB tokens supporting the use of digital certificates.

SafeSign IC is the leading smart card/USB Token middleware available today. It has been included in the past with the iKey 3000 Token and has been sold to many customers all around the world by Rainbow/SafeNet as well
as Giesecke & Devrient being the supplier of the smart card chip integrated on the iKey 3000 (see also the iKey 3000 brochure).

As the iKey 3000 has been discontinued, AET likes to offer iKey end users as well as resellers/distributors the opportunity to continue to use, supply and support USB tokens leveraging the SafeSign IC software.

The latest USB token supported by SafeSign IC is the Marx CrypToken USB token. This token supports a couple of unique features compared to other USB tokens.

SafeSign IC offers you:

• Multiple OS support Support for Windows - including Vista (32 bits)-, Linux and Mac OS X.
• Multiple language support
  SafeSign IC supports multiple languages including Japanese, French, English and Chinese.

Advantages Marx CrypToken:

• CCID compatible
  The CrypToken supports CCID. This ensures correct operation on all platforms, as well as independence of (additional) reader drivers, as the operating system can directly access the token. This makes problems caused by the lack of drivers for a particular platform something of the past.
• Java Card 2.2 smart card operating system on-board
  Powerful JCOP Java Card operating system, offering RSA 2048 bit key support.
• 72 Kbyte of EEPROM
  Largest amount of EEPROM available on a USB token.
• Made of STEEL
  The Marx USB token is made of STEEL instead of plastic. The metal designer case shields against radiation, external interception, dust and water.
• Smallest token on the market
  It is the smallest USB token on the market available today allowing end users to easily include the Marx USB token on their key ring.
• Certification
  Certified according to Common Criteria.
