The range of functions equals a classic system telephone. Ninja is an integrated software solution on your workstation computer, which is easy and fast to use and does not waste any space on your desk. Our solution has comprehensive interfaces and can be individually expanded to fit your requirements. Travelling near or far, protect your critical data with superior security.
- Sales force is always reachable
Our „Simple SIP Channel“ (SSC) solution connects external workers easily to your telephone system during business trips from external customer networks, from hotels, out of internet cafes, protected data centres, from planes, via UTMS or even out of „VoIP blocking
countries“ (like Saudi-Arabia or India).
- Uses Microsoft Outlook / Exchange Contacts
Why hold and keep contact data twice? Our softphone solution uses your already available contact information. Incomming calls are immediately recognized, contacts filtered and shown on screen. Outgoing calls, redirected calls or callbacks are carried out comfortable with the Outlook contact management.
- Centralized device management via web console administration
Hundrets of softphone installations can be easily centralized managed. Complex management groups and single users can be configured over the network. The deployment of the software can be done by Download-URL or with already existing software deployment tools.
- Connection to ERP / CRM software
The Windows TAPI standard connects your ERP / CRM system mwith the Ninja
softphone. In this way your SAP oder SAGE solution can easily and fast receive and recognize in- and outgoing calls.
For call- and support center there are also power dial methods available.
- Phoning tap-proof
Regardless of the used telephone system or the VoIP provider Ninja offers tap-proof telephony. Confidential calls with business- or developing partners can be done unconsidered. Bye bye industry espionage! Calls are secured peer-2-peer with high performant polymorphic encryprtion algorythm.
- Video calls / Video conference
Ninja supports video conferences. Up to 7 users can participate on telephone conferences and make face-to-face conversations.
Video feeds give a picture on the mood and the reactions of the conversational partner.
- Desktop Sharing / Webinars / Support
Without leaving the workstation computer it is possible to provide on-site-support, webinars, trainings , maintenance or presentations can be planed and held. This saves time and exposes. Ninja creates a remote connection out of the phone call to the remote station.
- Cableless and wired expert-headset support
Together with GNNetcom we support a connection to the expert-headset vendor JABRA.
This special developed universal driver supports nearly every JABRA devices, which are especially designed for small and open-space offices.
Ninja offers with JABRA a terrific listening experience for the users.
